Certain items such as used beauty products, opened cosmetics, or hygiene-related items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

π Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Neduglow is not responsible for lost return packages

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
β Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
- Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible
