TERMS OF SALE — NEDUGLOW

1. Order Process

By placing an order on NeduGlow, you agree to:

  • Pay all charges

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Not use fraudulent credit cards or stolen identities

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time.

3. Payment Methods

NeduGlow accepts:

  • Shopify Payments

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (where available)

All payments must be authorized before shipment.

4. Shipping Policy

NeduGlow uses dropshipping suppliers and offers global delivery.

Estimated processing time:

  • 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery time:

  • EU: 5–12 business days

  • USA/Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspection

  • Supplier backlog

  • International holidays

  • Weather or global factors

These delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order exceeds 45 days without delivery.

5. Customs & Duties

The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
NeduGlow is not liable for packages held, delayed, or returned by customs.

6. Mis-Delivered or Lost Packages

NeduGlow is not responsible for:

  • Wrong address provided by the customer

  • Delivery failures caused by the courier

We assist with claims but do not guarantee refunds for these cases.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and supplement safety regulations, NeduGlow only accepts returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong items

  • Defective items

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
We may require photos or video proof.

8. Supplements Disclaimer

  • Must be used as directed

  • Are not replacements for medical treatment

  • Should not be taken if you are pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions unless advised by a doctor

9. Chargebacks

Filing false chargebacks results in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Reporting to fraud databases

  • Collection procedures if applicable

We encourage contacting support before disputing a transaction.

10. Governing Law

All sales follow French consumer law (Code de la Consommation) and EU regulations.
